Our Social Media Community Guidelines

01. We are there for you on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and are happy to answer all your questions and suggestions. Outside of our service hours, we will work on your XBUS and contact you afterwards.

02. If you have very specific questions, it may happen that we have to release one of our technicians from the garage to answer them. So please check back with us if we cannot always respond to all comments and messages in real time.

03. At ElectricBrands we rely on a relaxed and informal communication since we consider our community to be part of one big family.

04. We are not only happy about your interest and questions, but also about ideas and constructive criticism, which we are happy to respond to. However, we reserve the right to delete unobjective or insulting comments.

05. This also applies to contributions that deliberately insult third persons, groups of persons or brands.

06. Contributions or comments that make personal or person-related data public will be deleted by us in principle, also in your interest.

07. If content is published on our site that possibly infringes the copyrights of third parties, for example pictures, links or quotations, these will be removed by us.

08. Trolls are also only human (at least most of the time). Nevertheless, we reserve the right on our platform to ban trolls if they have nothing else in mind but to spread stress.

09. If we are forced to delete a post or block a troll for the reasons mentioned above, we will always comment publicly, because a transparent community is very important to us.

10. We run our social media channels for you. In order to exchange with you, to get to know your opinion and to go together on the way to a sustainable and electronically imagined future. So have fun and behave yourself ;)
